As experts in the credit reporting and verification business, we consider it part of our job to stay up-to-date on all the latest information relevant to the mortgage industry. As a team that strives to provide the absolute best service and value to its customers, we consider it part of our job to share this expertise with our customers and colleagues.
To that end, we have developed a specially focused course that covers all of the most critical and useful credit-related information that real estate professionals need in order to do their job well.
“Understanding & Maximizing Consumer Credit Scores” (Program #MS604C001LE)
This course provides an introduction to understanding the FICO scores currently used by the majority of mortgage lenders to determine consumer credit worthiness.
Designed for the real estate professional, the course explores:
The course focuses on useful, hands-on information used by credit grantors to assist the consumer in maximizing their FICO scores through use of Internet-based software tools.
Because many consumers have FICO scores that are artificially lower than they should be due to inaccurate data on their credit files and mismanagement of the credit data contained in their credit files, particular attention is paid to the personalized credit management and optimization solutions available to the real estate professional. This course will assist the real estate professional in understanding the importance of credit score optimization in the current marketplace and how to use the available optimization systems to help consumer buyers.
